Free consultation
A 15-minute consultation is available to discuss your needs and whether working together may be a good fit. This is an introductory conversation, not a therapy session.
Session fees
Individual counseling sessions are $200 per session. Please contact the practice for information about session lengths and any additional fees. We’ll review and confirm all costs before scheduling your first appointment
Using insurance
We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Humana, and Sentara Health Plans. Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. We recommend verifying your mental health benefits, copayments, and deductibles before scheduling your first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees
